We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Google Ads Manager to take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing our paid campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high ROI through Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.

You'll play a critical role in customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Discovery, Performance Max).

- Build media plans aligned with business goals (acquisition, ROAS, CPL, etc.

- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for continual performance improvement.

- Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with the design/content teams for creative assets.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and impression share on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to analyze campaign performance and user behavior.

- Optimize landing pages, ad extensions, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.

- Implement automation, smart bidding, and campaign experiments to scale performance.

Budget Management & Forecasting:

- Plan, allocate, and manage campaign budgets across platforms and geographies.

- Forecast performance based on historical data and strategic planning.

- Ensure efficient utilization of budget with zero overspending or under-delivery.

Reporting & Insights:

- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on performance trends and competitive analysis.

- Present campaign performance to senior management with clear narratives and data visualizations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.

- Partner with SEO and organic marketing teams to ensure synergy across paid and organic efforts.

- Stay up to date with platform changes, beta programs, and policy updates from Google.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-7 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.

- Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Video) preferred.

- Strong understanding of keyword match types, quality score, attribution models, and ad rank fundamentals.

- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and conversion tracking.

- Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with international campaigns and multi-language targeting.

- Familiarity with eCommerce, app campaigns, or lead-gen funnels.

- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, remarketing, and affiliate marketing
