Ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices in all solutions delivered. Support testing, deployment, and documentation of enhancements. Qualifications Proven, hands-on experience withSalesforce Loyalty Management(mandatory). Strong knowledge of Salesforce core development (Apex, Flows, LWC preferred). Familiarity withSalesforce Data Cloudconcepts and integrations. Ability to work in agile teams and deliver in iterative cycles. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Loyalty Management, Administrator, Platform Developer) are an advantage. Optional Nice-to-Haves: Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce. Exposure to large-scale CRM implementations.
