Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts within the city.
- Oversee client escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and continued satisfaction.
- Deliver on client requirements and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Maintain consistent client engagement to nurture relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships across multiple touchpoints within client organizations, including CXO-level engagement (Founders, CEOs, and Marketing Heads).
3. Sales & Business Growth:
- Drive 30-40% month-on-month business growth within the assigned revenue size of 4-5 Cr/month.
- Achieve a renewal rate of 70% through effective account management and service delivery.
- Use data insights to develop strategies for account retention and expansion.
4. Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and guide the sales team, setting clear expectations and aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
- Align client needs with the business strategy to drive effective results.
5. Escalation Handling:
- Manage and resolve client escalations while maintaining a positive client experience.
- Communicate expectations clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Proven experience in deep farming skills and growing accounts through continuous engagement.
- Strong ability to analyze data and drive renewals through strategic insights.
- Demonstrated success in handling high-value client relationships, including at the CXO level.
- Advanced experience in managing client renewals, handling escalations, and delivering on key business metrics.
- Proven ability to lead sales teams, align business objectives, and ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or client engagement roles.
- Experience in managing business growth and client portfolios of 4-5 Cr/month at the city level.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of success in managing and scaling teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership and decision-makers.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
