Job Description :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and experience working with AWS infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Ensure application security and data protection best practices.- Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS using services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS.- Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and security practices.- Good knowledge of cloud services and deployments on AWS.- Proficient in Git and version control systems.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker (a plus).- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
