The role involves lead generation, pricing, order finalization, and client relationship management to drive sales growth. You will ensure timely service, strong collections, and market expansion through effective coordination and customer engagement.QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferably Civil or Marketing background).Minimum 3 years of experience in RMC or construction materials industry.Strong knowledge of sales, pricing, and order finalization process.Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM software.Proven ability in lead generation, follow-up, and closure.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with project sites, contractors, and developers.Analytical mindset for monitoring leads, conversions, and collections.Capable of coordinating with production, dispatch, and accounts teams.Target-driven, self-motivated, and compliant with company policies.
