About the Role :
As an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS modules, specifically focusing on Order Management, Depot Repair, Install Base, and Service Agreements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver hands-on technical expertise in Oracle EBS modules, with a strong focus on Order Management, Depot Repair, Install Base, and Service Agreements.
- Configure and customize Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the specified modules.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to address business needs, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Understand the business processes and requirements related to Order Management, Depot Repair, Install Base, and Service Agreements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose technical solutions.
- Configure and test Oracle EBS modules to ensure they align with business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle EBS modules.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and go-live.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality of Oracle EBS modules.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS modules.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Implement necessary patches and upgrades to keep the system up-to-date.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, with a strong focus on Order Management, Depot Repair, Install Base, and Service Agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS technical architecture, including Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Reports.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS configuration and customization techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
