Prepare, review, and oversee the production of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings. Conduct regular client meetings and ensure effective communication for approvals and expectations. Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to align all project components. Perform site visits to monitor execution, resolve technical issues, and uphold design integrity.Key Requirements Bachelors in Architecturefrom a recognized and reputed institution. Min 12 yearsof experience in architectural design, detailing, and project delivery. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp. Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to prepare and coordinate drawings across all project stages with strong attention to detail and aesthetics. Solid understanding of building codes and byelaws.
