We’re Hiring | Senior Architect (6–8 Years Experience) Location:Bengaluru Firm:Gayathri & Namith Architects (GNA) AtGayathri & Namith Architects , we design with purpose, precision, and people at the center. We are looking for aSenior Architectwith6–8 years of professional experiencewho can lead design development, manage teams, and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.Role Overview As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in translating design intent into buildable, well-coordinated architecture. You will work closely with principals, consultants, and project teams while mentoring junior architects and ensuring high standards of design and documentation.Key Responsibilities Design & Technical Leadership Lead projects throughConcept, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, and GFC stages Translate design concepts into technically sound drawings and details Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all stages Project & Team Management Independently handlea wide to mid-scale projectsor lead packages in large projects Guide and mentor junior architects and interns Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants Client & Stakeholder Coordination Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions Address client feedback and ensure timely design revisions Coordinate with contractors and vendors during execution Documentation & Site Support Oversee preparation ofworking drawings, specifications, and GFC sets Conduct site visits, review drawings, and respond to site queries Ensure quality control and compliance with design and statutory requirements Process & Practice Discipline Adhere to office standards, drawing protocols, timelines, and quality benchmarks Maintain time logs, weekly planning, and internal reporting as required Support project reviews and internal auditsRequired Skills & Experience 6–8 yearsof professional experience in architectural practice Strong expertise inResidential / Commercial / Institutional projects(as applicable) Proficiency inAutoCAD&Revit Sound knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing Ability to manage teams, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders Strong communication and presentation skillsWhat We Look For Ownership mindset and attention to detail Strong design sensibility balanced with technical clarity Leadership qualities with a collaborative attitude Discipline in documentation, timelines, and deliverablesWhat We Offer Opportunity to work onhigh-quality, design-led projects A collaborative, learning-driven studio environment Growth into Project Lead / Associate ArchitectrolesHow to Apply Please email yourresume and portfolio (PDF, max 20MB)to sushma @gnarchitects.comSubject line:Application – Senior Architect
