The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B operations from reputed hotels, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, banquets, and in-room dining. - Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. - Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational excellence. - Drive revenue through innovative promotions, cost control, and upselling strategies. - Coordinate with culinary and other departments for seamless service delivery. - Liaison with other departments to ensure efficient intra-departmental work environment.Requirements:- Proven experience of 10+ years with reputed 4/5-star hotels. - Excellent communication skills; both verbal and non-verbal. - Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. - Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and guest service protocols. - Excellent knowledge and skills for F&B service.
