This includes overseeing diverse mandates, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all platforms, and balancing the unique branding needs of individual entities with the broader vision of the group. The role will also focus on elevating the founders' and CEOs' global profiles as individual and collective influencers.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy for the Raintree Group and its entities, ensuring synergy while respecting the unique identity of each.Work closely with the leadership team to articulate the group's vision and values across international and Indian markets.Brand Management:Position Raintree Group as a global thought leader in philanthropy, impact investing, workplace mental health, and family office operations.Develop tailored branding strategies for the founders and the CEOs, emphasizing their individual expertise and collective impact.Entity-Specific Campaigns:Design and execute campaigns that promote:Raintree Family Office: Building a socially conscious investment portfolio that is not only diversified but also aligned with our values.Raintree Foundation: Position Raintree Foundation as a global leader in climate action, dedicated to building climate resilience and fostering sustainable environmental solutions worldwide. Strategize effective campaigns to make the brand recognizable and visible for prospective donors.Elephant In The Room Consulting: Build the brand as a leader in workplace mental health solutions.
