We are looking for candidates with an eye for clean and artful design, and possess superior Graphics & UI design skills. Highly innovative and creative bent of mind with the ability to conceptualize designs according to the requirements. The candidate should also be ready to work according to crunch deadlines, wherever necessary.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Great understanding of the latest web, graphic & UI designs, trends, practices, and processes. Strong visualization and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • Experience with design software, including Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
  • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training
  • Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap and JavaScript will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials communication, newsletters, and marketing materials like brochures, flyers, standee, etc.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
  • Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
  • Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
