We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead SDE (Software Development Engineer) with a strong background in Adobe AEM 6.5+ and the Java stack. This is a hands-on leadership role for our agile team in the virtual payments domain. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions while also providing technical mentorship to a talented team of engineers.What You'll Do : - Design and develop robust and scalable applications using Adobe AEM, focusing on component creation, workflow development, and OSGi modules (JSP/HTL).- Build and enhance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular/React.- Lead technical integration and migration projects on AEM and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and PCF, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment process.- Implement and enforce secure coding practices based on OWASP guidelines to protect against vulnerabilities.- Troubleshoot and solve complex challenges related to application scalability, security, and performance.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.What We're Looking For : - 8+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 6 years focused on Adobe AEM.- Strong expertise in the Java ecosystem, including Java, Spring, and building cloud-native architectures.- Proven experience in leading technical projects involving integration, migration, and production support.- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively across teams.
