Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation of marketing materials used in the transactions, including information memorandums, management presentations, and pitch books

- Managing the team of analysts and associates for deal execution

- Review & Development of various types of financial models for M&A/PE transactions

- Ensure co-ordination for due diligence, analysis and structuring of live transaction

- Participate in negotiations and other closure activities

- Assist Partners with the development of broader strategic initiatives to identify and evaluate potential business 2-6 years of relevant experience in Investment banking space or working on the buy side of corporate development teams of IT services companies

- Should have worked in/closed minimum of 2-3 deals in PE / M&A across sectors. Experience in closure of M&A deals in IT Services space would be viewed positively

- CA / MBA with relevant years of post-qualification experience

- Familiarity with IT sector and ability to analyse sector growth drivers, recent transactions and future outlook

- Ability to manage tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes

- Strong leadership and management skills and be a progressive team player

- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

- Ability to work independently, multitask and take ownership

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
