Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, managing case files, assisting attorneys with visa applications and petitions, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and addressing client inquiries. The role will involve coordinating with clients, managing deadlines, and conducting research related to immigration processes and regulations. The Business Immigration Paralegal will also support the team in streamlining processes for efficient case management.QualificationsStrong understanding of Immigration Law and issues related to H-1B, O visas, L-1 transfers, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 visasProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and case file managementExperience working with various types of visas and business immigration processesExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlinesBachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification; experience in legal or immigration environments preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with legal software and tools is a plusFully remote positionMust work US hours (8am-5pm PST)Salary 40-55k (depending on experience)
