The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our financial software solutions by executing manual testing processes, identifying and tracking defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality products.Key Responsibilities:- Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of supply chain finance applications. - Execute manual test cases, document test results, and ensure traceability of requirements. - Identify, report, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). - Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure product quality across all stages of development. - Participate in requirement and design reviews, providing valuable feedback from a testing perspective. - Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with test environment setup and data preparation.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in manual testing, preferably within the Supply Chain Finance domain. - Strong understanding of supply chain finance processes, including invoice financing, factoring, reverse factoring, and payables/receivables management. - Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, HP ALM). - Proficiency in bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or Postman is an advantage. - ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
