We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Oracle HCM Practice and Presales function. This role demands deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, with a strong orientation toward strategic growth, solutioning, and client engagement.Practice Leadership- Define and evolve the Oracle HCM practice strategy across EBS and Fusion Cloud platforms - Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, architects, and solution engineers - Own delivery governance, methodology, and quality assurance for HCM programs - Stay ahead of Oracle roadmap, product releases, and industry trends to inform practice growthPresales & Solutioning- Lead end-to-end presales efforts including RFP responses, solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations with focus on either Core HR/ Talent Management/Benefits/T&L/ Workforce Management - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies and value propositions - Engage with CXOs and HR leaders to understand business needs and craft compelling Oracle HCM solutions - Develop reusable assets, demos, and accelerators to enhance presales effectivenessStrategic Advisory- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HCM transformation, cloud migration, and process optimization - Support account mining and expansion through consultative selling and thought leadership - Represent the practice in analyst briefings, partner forums, and industry eventsRequired Experience & Skills15+ years in Oracle HCM implementations, with strong hands-on experience in both EBS and Fusion CloudProven track record of leading large-scale HCM programs across geographiesDemonstrated success in solutioning, client engagement, and winning complex dealsDeep understanding of HR processes, talent management, payroll, and compliance
