The position supports the organization's IT infrastructure by maintaining high availability, performance, and security of data center operations.Role and Responsibility : - Server Management : Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and related hardware. Ensure servers are running efficiently and securely.- Data Center Operations : Manage day-to-day operations of the data center, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.- Compliance and Liaison : Ensure data center operations comply with regulatory requirements and coordinate with regulatory authorities for approvals. Assist in managing legal and statutory compliance related to IT infrastructure.- Coordination : Work closely with the Network Manager, IT support teams, and systems administrators to ensure seamless operation of the data center and server infrastructure.- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all data center and server operations, configurations, and incidents. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.- Quality Control : Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of server performance and data center operations to ensure optimal functionality. Address any discrepancies or errors promptly.- Technical Support : Provide technical support to the IT teams during the implementation and maintenance of data center and server infrastructure.
