Clear growth path : Structured mentorship so you can confidently grow into a senior instructor over time.What You’ll Do Teach group Mat and Reformer classes Provide thoughtful, safe cueing with gentle modifications Build weekly relationships with clients and support their progress Participate in team feedback, training, and development check-insWhat We’re Looking For A genuine, client-first mindset and desire to grow Experience in Mat/Reformer Pilates or Yoga/Physiotherapy Strong verbal cueing and an encouraging teaching style Basic understanding of anatomy and movement principles Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate Comfortable in English and Hindi Certification from a recognized Pilates school (good to have, not mandatory)Perks & Benefits Fixed, predictable schedule Above-market pay + incentives Sponsored certifications, workshops & upskilling Mentorship from senior instructors and founders Opportunities to grow into senior roles Inclusive, non-commercial studio vibe where teaching feels aligned with purposeLocation:Faridabad (Sector 15) Boutique studio led by a Balanced Body certified founderSchedule Mon–Sat (6 AM–2 PM or 1 PM–9 PM) (5–6 hours teaching + 1 hour team training + 2–3 hours breaks)If you love helping people move better and feel stronger — and want to grow in a kind, purpose-led space — we’d love to meet you.
