Join our Mumbai Team. About the Role This role bridges construction intelligence and immersive visualization. The Digital Twin / Unreal Engine Specialist will develop an interactive, game-like environment that connects architectural models (Revit) with Unreal Engine to help clients and internal teams visualize, explore, and interact with their projects in real time. The goal is to turn our Digital Twin into a fully interactive experience — where clients can select materials, understand spatial layouts, and visualize their future build dynamically, while data links back to real project parameters and costs. Responsibilities Build Unreal Engine environments connected to Revit or BIM-based models, ensuring visual fidelity and performance optimization. Develop client-facing interactive tools for material selection, color configuration, and spatial walkthroughs. Integrate 3D environments with real project data—schedule, cost, and specification layers—using APIs or data connections. Collaborate with BIM, design, and project management teams to maintain synchronization between Revit models and Unreal environments. Prototype visualization workflows that support the evolution of Amarilla’s Digital Twin from data-driven control to immersive experience. Implement logic-driven visualization (lighting, environmental effects, phasing animations) that reflects construction stages and progress. Research and deploy automation pipelines for model import, data mapping, and optimization between Revit, Datasmith, and Unreal Engine. Qualifications Proficiency in Unreal Engine (Blueprints and/or C++), with portfolio examples of architectural visualization or interactive experiences. Experience linking Unreal Engine to Revit or similar 3D modeling tools via Datasmith, APIs, or custom plugins. Familiarity with real-time rendering, lighting, materials, and performance optimization techniques. Experience with 3D asset management, model optimization, and parametric visualization. Understanding of construction, materials, and architectural detailing preferred. Self-directed, technically rigorous, and capable of owning an entire visualization pipeline.
