We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy, and will play a key role in increasing our online visibility and driving organic traffic.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis Perform technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structure Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Track and report on SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversion, bounce rate, etc.) Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends Manage and guide junior SEO team members (if applicable) Build and execute link-building strategies (guest posts, outreach, backlinks) Recommend and implement improvements to website architecture and page performanceRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field 4–7 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably agency or performance-driven roles) Proven success in improving rankings and organic traffic Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Proficient with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structure (basic level) Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience with Local SEO and International SEO Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and Page Speed Optimization Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and schema markup Understanding of paid marketing (Google Ads, Social Media) is a plusSalary up to 6.60 LPA negotiable based on experience and current salary.For further details please call Megha on 9377677857 or you can share your candidature on megha@postaresume.co.in
