Description: Skillventory is mandated to hire a dynamic professional for a Trade Marketing/Channel Marketing Manager role with a Leading Insurance Company.Job Title: Deputy Manager / Manager - Trade Marketing / Channel MarketingLocation: GurgaonExperience: 3+ YearsBudget:1017 LPAPrimary Role The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing marketing initiatives that directly enable sales and distribution teams across business channels. - Offline Marketing, BTL activities The role demands strong execution capability, creative development oversight, and cross-functional coordination to deliver impactful campaigns and marketing collaterals while ensuring full compliance with IRDAI regulations.Key Roles & Enablement Campaigns:- Design and implement campaigns to enhance sales productivity and improve advisor/banker engagement across distribution channels.Regulatory Filings (IRDAI):- Manage marketing communication approvals, coordinate filings, and ensure all collaterals and campaigns adhere to IRDAI guidelines.Creative Development & BAU Marketing Support:- Lead the creation of marketing collaterals, sales aids, digital assets, and other materials supporting business-as-usual requirements.Agency & Vendor Management:- Manage creative agencies, production vendors, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality output.Stakeholder Management:- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities and growth plans.Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking:- Deliver campaigns with measurable outcomes, ensuring timely execution and effective reporting of marketing impact.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or sales enablement in BFSI/Insurance sector.- Hands-on experience in creative briefing, collateral development, and agency coordination.- Understanding of IRDAI regulatory requirements for marketing communication.- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.- Attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines.Educational Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).- MBA preferred.Ideal Background:- Candidates from Life Insurance, General Insurance, or BFSI organizations with prior experience in distribution/channel marketing.- Exposure to bancassurance, agency, or partner marketing preferred.Apply Now:Ravi Kumar Sharma+91 7489933146 (WhatsApp) (ref:iimjobs.com)
