We are expanding our distribution footprint across the country and are looking for a strong sales leader to drive growth.Role OverviewTheDistribution Sales Managerwill be responsible for expanding AgeWell’s offline distribution network, building B2B partnerships, and driving field sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with strong market understanding and proven experience in FMCG/Nutraceutical distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand the company’s distributor, dealer, and retailer network across regions. Conduct extensivefield salesvisits to track market demand and build relationships. Drive B2B partnerships with pharmacies, wellness stores, clinics, and retail chains. Ensure availability, placement, and visibility of AgeWell products in target markets. Develop and achieve monthly sales targets and distribution goals. Conduct competitor analysis, price benchmarking, and channel performance reviews. Train distributors/retailers on brand positioning and product knowledge. Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and product teams.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields. 3–5 years of experienceinfield sales + B2B sales , preferably in nutraceuticals or FMCG. Strong network in retail, pharmacy, and wellness distribution channels. Excellent negotiation, territory management, and communication skills.
