Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing:

The HR Generalist manages the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations:

Ensures positive relationships between employees, addresses concerns, resolves conflicts, and maintains smooth communication within the organization.

Training and Development:

Organizes training programs for employee skill development, supports performance management, and provides growth opportunities to enhance employee performance.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Responsible for accurate payroll processing, managing employee benefits (such as insurance, bonuses), and ensuring employees receive timely payments.

Compliance and Legal Issues:

Ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies, protects employee rights, and ensures the organization meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

Performance Management:

Manages employee performance evaluations, provides feedback, conducts appraisals, and implements performance improvement plans.

HR Policies and Procedures:

Implements and updates HR policies, educates employees about company policies, and ensures compliance with established procedures.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 4+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
