The Role:


As the Head of Analytics, you’ll be at the forefront of our analytics strategy and execution. You will serve as the brand ambassador and thought leader, driving the Gramener brand forward in the field of Data Science. In this role you will provide technology leadership, drive business growth and ensure clients derive maximum value from our analytics solutions. If you thrive on launching innovative AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) offerings, enjoy navigating sales cycles, and have the energy to balance cutting-edge AI with best practices, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Analytics CoE, overseeing its P&L and ensuring high business impact.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to drive new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
  • Build and lead a top-tier Analytics team, delivering transformative results.
  • Serve as the technical expert in Analytics, including NLP, VC, AI, and GenAI. Experience in AI production deployment is a significant advantage.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to pitch analytics solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with other teams to align with company goals and deliver seamless service.


Qualifications:


  • Passionate about leveraging data to craft compelling stories and insights.
  • Comfortable working in the rapidly evolving field of Enterprise AI.
  • Skilled in both team collaboration and independent work.
  • Proven experience in implementing large-scale analytics solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a first-principles approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.


Essential Requirements:


  • 15+ years of experience in Analytics, BI, and Data Science.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience from sales through project completion.
  • Deep knowledge of recent developments in GenAI/AI/ML and their industrial applications.
  • Strong understanding of statistical techniques and their practical applications.
  • Experience in leadership, client management, project management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
