Overview:

Join us in shaping the future of Veterinary care We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Consultant (PMC) to oversee the construction of a new, state-of-the-art Veterinary Hospital in Hitec-City, Hyderabad. This role offers the opportunity to add a high-value project to your portfolio and make a significant impact in the Veterinary field.

 

Role Requirements:

 

- Civil Works Expertise: Demonstrable experience in overseeing civil construction projects.

- PEB Steel Fabricated Structures: Specialised knowledge in managing the design and implementation of pre-engineered steel buildings.

- Interior Design Coordination: Experience in coordinating and executing interior design works to meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

- Project Coordination: Ability to liaise effectively with architects, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and other relevant consultants.

- Experience Requirement: At least 10 years of proven experience in construction management, with substantial experience working alongside architects and interior designers.

- Documentation and Certification: Manage all necessary paperwork and secure required certifications upon project completion.

- Quality Assurance: Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices to ensure project standards are met.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

- Construction Materials Knowledge: Extensive understanding of materials and methods used in construction.

- Cost Management: Skills in budgeting, negotiating, and securing cost-effective solutions for the project.

- Project Planning: Experience in creating and following Gantt charts for effective sequencing of works.

- Reporting: Ability to generate precise progress reports to track project advancements and align with stakeholders.

- Government Compliances: In-depth knowledge of government regulations and compliances specific to hospital facility construction.
