We are looking for a senior level EUCengineer who has extensive knowledge of the Pulse VPN product.Previously performing Juniper/Pulse Infrastructure supportincluding all aspects of VPN architecture decisions for securityand reliability as well as client application support. Familiaritywith AlwaysOn configurations High Availability and redundancyPulseOne and an understanding of requisite networkingand firewall changes. Ability to support newinitiatives for providing remote access for various communities.This resource will also be on a team with responsibility formanaging the End User infrastructure for Windows.

Responsibilitiesfor these infrastructures will includevarious components of MSSCCM and JAMF/JSS suchas; SCCM Distribution points and theirconfiguration Support of theOperating System deployment processManaging OSX configurations usingJAMF/JSS Apple Software repository anddistributions Inventory and reporting for Windows and affiliatedtechnologies. Experience in Modern Workplace systems such asAzure/Intune and affiliated thirdparty components is a plus.

1.Consults withIT management and staff in theidentification evaluationimplementation/integration maintenance and problemresolution for the most complex PC software products.

2.Provides indepth consulting to IT managementand staff at the highest technical levelin the identificationevaluation implementation/integrationand testing of new operating system softwareproducts for PCs workstations serversand handheld devices.

3.Accountable for theeffectiveness quality and timeliness of the operating system.

4.May act as Project Leader.

5.May be involved in providingassistance and trainingto lower level specialists.

6.Keeps abreast on the directionof emerging industry standards.

7.Provides technicalanalysis of requirements necessary for theprotection of all information processed stored or transmitted bysystems.

8.Serves as an expertresource or go to person within a group.

9.Conducts preliminaryanalysis.

10.Reviews work ofothers.

11.Handles moreextensive highprofilework.

12.Responsible fordirect interaction with differentcommittees and/or management.

A College orUniversity degree and/or relevant proven work experience ispreferred. Related Industry qualification (e.g.MCSE) is preferred.

Requires an extensive knowledge ofPulse Secure SCCM strong analytical ability judgmentand problem analysis techniques excellent communication skillsand the ability to work effectively with client andIT management staff andvendors.
