Cognico is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of managing customer support teams, overseeing tech teams, and handling stakeholder management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential records effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Customer Support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.

• Oversee the Tech team to ensure timely and effective delivery of technical solutions.

• Communicate effectively with third parties and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.

• Deliver training and support to new hires, ensuring they are well equipped to perform their roles effectively.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related role.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in delivering training and onboarding new hires.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
