Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and customization of complex Oracle R12 applications using RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements).

- Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Design and implement complex Approval Management Engine (AME) setups for intricate approval processes.

- Develop and customize advanced workflows using Workflow Builder, optimizing business process efficiency.

- Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to support critical application requirements.

- Perform database performance tuning and optimization to ensure efficient system operations.

- Lead database design and data modeling efforts.

- Design and customize advanced Oracle Forms and Reports to meet complex business needs.

- Implement advanced Form Personalization and customization techniques.

- Design and develop complex BI Publisher (XML Publisher) reports for advanced data representation and analysis.

- Provide technical expertise in data analysis and reporting solutions.

- Design and implement complex interface and conversion programs for seamless data integration between disparate systems.

- Develop and maintain robust data integration solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.

- Contribute to the development of technical standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Oracle R12 applications.

- Identify and implement performance optimization Additional Skills :

- Expertise in customizing and extending Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) pages.

- Extensive experience in designing and developing complex OBIEE reports and data warehousing & Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related :- 8-10 years of extensive experience in Oracle EBS technical development.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Oracle R12 :

- Expert-level proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.

- Extensive experience with AME and Workflow Builder.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor development teams.

- Deep understanding of Oracle R12 architecture and best practices
