About the Role

- We are urgently seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Delhi.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP FICO modules, with a particular emphasis on Asset Accounting and seamless cross-module integration. You'll be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying FICO processes, ensuring robust financial operations and compliance within SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP FICO Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP FICO, focusing on configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of core financial and controlling processes.

- Asset Accounting: Demonstrate a strong command of SAP Asset Accounting functionalities, including asset acquisition, depreciation, transfers, and retirement.

- Cross-Module Integration: Ensure effective integration of FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) to support end-to-end business processes.

- Tax and Compliance: Apply strong knowledge of Indian tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS), within the SAP environment.

- Technical Acumen: Utilize experience in BDC development, workflow configuration, and interface design to enhance SAP functionalities and integrations.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support.

- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user manuals, and provide training to end-users as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 7-9 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and customization.

- In-depth knowledge of Asset Accounting (AA).

- Experience with cross-module integration (e.g., FICO-MM, FICO-SD).

- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and BRS functionalities in SAP.
