Job Description – HR Business Partner (5–10 Years) | MumbaiRole Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our business teams in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core HR functions, stakeholder management, and strategic people initiatives. This role will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.Key Responsibilities1. Business PartnershipServe as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees.Understand business priorities and provide HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.Advise managers on workforce planning, team structuring, and employee development.2. Employee Experience & EngagementManage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, performance, development, and exit.Drive employee engagement initiatives, skip levels, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms.Address employee grievances and provide timely resolution.3. Performance & Talent ManagementLead the performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals.Identify high-potential talent and partner with leaders on succession planning.Support learning & development initiatives and competency-building programs.4. Policy, Compliance & HR OperationsEnsure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and organizational processes.Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, HR Ops) to ensure seamless execution.Provide HR analytics and insights to support business decisions.5.
