We are looking for a seasoned and passionate QA Testing Specialist to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by designing, executing, and automating rigorous test plans.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record of success.

- In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Expertise in manual and automated testing techniques (e.g., functional testing, non-functional testing, exploratory testing).

- Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).

- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).

- Familiarity with performance testing tools (optional, but a plus).

- Excellent understanding of software defects and bug lifecycle management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate test results to developers and stakeholders.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with mobile testing (iOS and Android).

- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

- Experience with exploratory testing frameworks (e.g., ISTQB CTFL-PT).

- Experience with security testing methodologies (optional, but a plus).

- Software development experience (e.g., programming languages, basic coding Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans.

- Design and execute test cases covering all aspects of the software functionality (functional, non-functional, usability).

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate frameworks and scripting languages.

- Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues not covered by test plans.

- Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration between different software components.

- Analyze test results, identify and document bugs, and work with developers to resolve them effectively.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on code quality from a testing perspective.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process within the organization.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers (if applicable).
