Engineer - S & OPI

Order Book Management:

End to End management of Order cycle - Creating Order book dashboards, Processing Order in SAP as per SOP Ensure Adherence to timely Order Booking and corresponding Metal booking along with all the details (as per defined format) Creation of Contracts/ SO, adherence to OBS process Preparation of Order Book MIS for Sales and open Order MIS for Finance

Raw Material Planning:

Ensure timely metal booking for firm and variable orders, Projection of Long lead time Raw Material Capacity Planning: Effective management of SNOPI processes, Execution status monitoring and Escalations Plan optimal factory capacity utilization by ensuring timely manufacturing clearance and publishing dynamic capacity dashboards

Process Improvement:

Drive development of SAP/ Excel user friendly formats / Reports Preparation of Weekly / Monthly reports to business head

Qualification : BE / Btech

Technical:

Hands-on experience in order processing, contract creation, and material planning Pivot tables, dashboards, VBA/macros, conditional formatting, data modelling Understanding of order-to-cash and supply chain modules

Functional:

Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning & Integration processes Ability to evaluate and allocate plant capacity and manufacturing clearances Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs), Order Booking SOP, and contract compliance

Behavioral:
