**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Managers/Engineers in planning, scheduling, and execution of solar EPC projects.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and quality teams to ensure project requirements are met as per predefined timelines.
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, and milestones.
- Organize site surveys, installation schedules, material deliveries, and contractor activities.
- Manage documentation including project plans, drawings, checklists, and site reports.
- Update client, superiors and other involved people with daily, weekly & monthly project activities.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and contractual commitments.
- Identify potential risks or delays and proactively assist in mitigation strategies.
- Support project closure activities including commissioning documentation, punch-list closures, and handovers.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies based on project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the procurement and execution teams for technical clarifications.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
- Willingness to travel for site visits basis project requirements.
- Working area: Office

**Qualifications**:

- BE/BTech Electrical Engineering.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in solar power plant design
- Sound knowledge of solar & electrical power systems and quality control standards.
- Strong understanding of project management tools (MS Projects/Zoho Project/ClickUp) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up Pro & PV Syst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
