Job Title: Sr. Accountant – US AccountingEducational Qualification: B.Com or M.Com or CA Inter or CA or MBA or ICWA or CMARelevant Experience2 years or more in core US Accounting process or similar domain is a must.Good working knowledge of US Accounting, Month closing and reporting is necessaryJob Role & ResponsibilitiesWork Related :· Categorization/Classification of bank transactions· Ensuring correctness of transactions booked inUncategorized Expense and Income Account· Bank Reconciliation· Ensuring that the open items on Bank ReconciliationStatement are correct in nature· Payroll Entry Bookkeeping and Payroll GL Reconciliation· Calculation and recording the following:· Depreciation· Amortization· Deferred Revenue· Prepaid and Accrual· Profit and Loss Statement Review and Analysis· Balance Sheet Statement Review and Analysis· Month Closing and Reporting· Drafting SOP as and when needed· Learning new apps and reporting tools required forclient servicingClient OrientedManaging client independently for regular work related itemsEnsuring prompt and timely replies to client's communicationAttending to weekly client call with Team Leader to ensureclient satisfactionHandling client escalations if any with help of Team LeaderNurturing client relationshipCandidate SpecificationsFluent written and verbal English communication is a mustExposure of handling overseas clients is a mustDesire to learn new skills and apps to excel is necessaryQB Certification is an added advantageJob Location: Near Mahesh Vidyalay, Kothrud, PuneJob Type:Permanent - Full time – Shift12pm to 9pm, 1:30 pm to 10 pm, 3pm to 12amMonday to Friday-5 days working
