Ltd.www.finsmartaccounting.com Apply hereLocation- PuneWork Mode: Work From OfficeQualificationsB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA / MBA / ICWA / CMA or any other graduate degree from Accounts & Finance domainJob TypePermanent – Full Time – Shift 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 02:30 PM to 11:30 PM (Monday to Friday)Responsibilities- Categorization/Classification of bank transactions - Bank Reconciliation and clearing open items - Payroll Entry Bookkeeping & Payroll GL Reconciliation - Calculation & recording of: - Depreciation - Amortization - Deferred Revenue - Prepaid & Accruals - - Profit & Loss Statement Review & Analysis - Balance Sheet Review & Analysis - Month Closing & Reporting - Drafting SOPs as needed - Learning new apps/tools required for client servicingClient Oriented:- Managing clients independently for regular work - Ensuring prompt & timely replies to client communication - Attending daily/ weekly client calls with Team Leader - Handling client escalations with help of Team Leader - Nurturing client relationshipsRequired Skills- Fluent written & verbal English communication - Exposure to handling overseas clients - Desire to learn new skills & apps - QBO/Xero Certification is an added advantagePreferred Skills- Fast-growing outsourced accounting firm - Strong career growth opportunities - Health insurance benefits - Paid maternity & paternity leaves - Professional training & development - Employee-engaging work culture - No night shift - Work life balance
