Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Freviya Healthcare in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries via calls, emails and other apps.
- Explain products to clients via online and in person.
- Follow up and negotiate over price and closing leads.
- Following company policies legacies and maintain good relations with clients.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
- Maintain existing business.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success.
Qualifications:
- Should be talkative, charming, smart and should have good convincing skills.
- Good Convincing and Upselling skills
- Must have fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language, Fluency in English is a plus.
- Should be familiar with computers, mobiles and social media apps.
- Preference to 2 - 3 years' prior sales / direct sales related experience
- Strong communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills
- Must be confident and Self Motivated.
