POSITION SUMMARY:


ETS is looking for an Associate Recruiter who will be responsible for driving strategy through execution for recruiting across the organization, including Operations, Marketing, Sales, IT, HR, Finance and other departments’ talent needs globally.

This is a critical role given the company’s ongoing transformation and desire for recruitment from new, diverse talent pools globally.


ETS is looking for a strategic partner to lead the sourcing efforts, create deep active and passive candidate pools, and deliver on a candidate-centric recruiting approach.

This recruiter will be hands-on, personal, tenacious, data-driven, curious, and committed to finding, shepherding, and convincing the best talent to join ETS. They will be an ambassador of ETS’ values, showcasing them to our candidates with every interaction and enabling candidates to get genuine insights into our culture and work. They will also be closely aligned with hiring managers and strongly networked across ETS, collaborating to understand hiring needs, develop specific recruiting strategies, and create job requisitions that deliver the candidates ETS needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Know and keep up with trends across the Global recruiting landscape to understand labor market trends and their implications for ETS’ hiring needs.
  • Work with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and create job requisitions.
  • Source, identify and cultivate passive candidates and convert them into applicants.
  • Personally, engage with promising candidates and use a consistent communication cadence to build their interest in ETS and keep them progressing through the hiring process.
  • Conduct initial interviews to confirm candidate and position alignment.
  • Work with ETS stakeholders to gain understanding of position and to progress and evaluate candidates through the formal interviewing and offer process.
  • Manage target metrics, TA recruiting standards, and drive positive overall candidate experience.
  • Provide feedback, insights, trends to recruiting leaders and hiring managers.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to all stages of recruiting and the job function.

Key Relationships:

  • Report to the Head of TA and work with them to develop whole-of-organization recruiting strategies to support global growth.
  • Partner with the TA team to share leads and collaborate on finding and developing candidates.
  • Work closely with ETS hiring managers to ensure alignment and seamless recruiting cycles.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of full-cycle corporate/agency recruiting supporting a global organization
  • Experience in High Volume/Call center recruiting
  • Advanced relationship management skills
  • Ability to sell and effectively communicate with stakeholders in and outside the organization.
  • Strong data analytic skills and understanding of recruiting metrics.
  • Expert skills in the Microsoft Office Suite + Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and stay calm under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency using Recruiter tool and other AI driven sourcing techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of full-cycle corporate/agency recruiting at a top-tier organization
  • Experience influencing others and driving to consensus and results.
  • Experience upskilling teams around interviewing and legal requirements.
