Job Title:Senior Accountant – Global Finance Operations Location:Gandhinagar (GIFT City) Work Timings:7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Saturday-1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays Off) Work Model:On-siteJob Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experiencedSenior Accountantto join our dynamic global finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering accurate financial reporting, strategic budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and tax compliance, while also overseeing treasury operations to ensure optimal liquidity and financial risk management. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional seeking to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and reviewglobal financial reportsin compliance withIFRS/GAAPstandards. Leadbudgeting ,cash flow forecasting , andfinancial planningactivities. Managetreasury operations,including liquidity, capital structure, and risk management. Ensure timely and accuratetax complianceand support audits as required. Communicate directly withclients and external partieson financial matters. Draft and respond tointernal and external email communicationsprofessionally. Oversee and review work from a team ofminimum 3 accountants , providing guidance and support. Handle complex accounting tasks and multiple workflows efficiently. Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-endaccounting processesandauditing standards .Key Skills Required: Expertise inInternational Financial Reporting(IFRS/GAAP) Budgeting ,Cash Flow Management , andFinancial Analysis Strong understanding ofTax Complianceand related regulations Proficiency inAdvanced Excelfor data analysis and reporting Effectiveteam leadershipand workflow management skills Stronganalytical ,communication , andorganizationalabilities Experience in handlingclient communicationsdirectlyQualifications & Experience: ACCA / CA Dropout / CMA 3–5 years of experience in theKPO Accounting industry Proficiency in international accounting software such asXero, QuickBooks, MYOB, NetSuite , and other third-party platforms Strong academic background with a solid understanding of core accounting principles Self-motivated and quality-driven professional with a keen eye for detail Capable of reviewing team outputs to ensure client deliverables are error-freePerks: Opportunity to work in an international environment Fast-paced, growth-oriented culture Leadership exposure and responsibility early on
