Job Description:

As a Civil Engineer at SYAL INFOLINE PRIVATE LIMITED, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality engineering solutions while managing project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Analysis: Develop detailed designs for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, drainage systems, and more. Utilize engineering software AutoCAD, Civil 3D for modeling and analysis.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Site Assessments: Conduct site visits and inspections to assess conditions and gather necessary data for planning and design purposes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, planners, surveyors, and other engineers to deliver integrated and effective solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Address engineering challenges on-site or during the design process, offering creative and practical solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering work is accurate, up to standard, and completed within the specified timeframe and budget.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with experience in infrastructure design and project management.

 

  • Skills:
  • Proficient in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Familiarity with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
