  • Implementation Mastery: Lead the deployment and configuration of Workday Time Tracking modules with precision, ensuring seamless integrations.

  • Optimization & Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to enhance system performance, reusability, and scalability.

  • Practice Leadership: Contribute to shaping the ERP/CRM practice by driving knowledge-sharing initiatives, building reusable assets, and participating in strategic thought leadership.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 9–12 years of relevant expertise, with a proven track record in Workday Time Tracking implementation and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Certification: Workday Time Tracking certification is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in APIs (REST/SOAP), HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, and Agile methodologies.
  • Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver quality results under tight timelines.
  • Client Engagement: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
