We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team.Responsibilities:- Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. - Document requirements and prepare functional specifications in collaboration with senior team members. - Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure tasks are delivered as per requirements. - Support the preparation of project documentation such as process flows, use cases, and reports. - Assist in testing activities by creating test cases, scenarios, and validating deliverables against requirements. - Track project progress, update status reports, and highlight risks or delays to the project manager. - Provide end-user support, including creating user guides and training materials. - Stay updated on industry practices and contribute ideas for process improvement.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Around 1 year of proven experience in project coordination or a similar role. - Basic understanding of software project lifecycles and requirements gathering. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with good General Knowledge to stay informed and bring meaningful awareness into discussions and decision-making. - Ability to work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and technical teams. - Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
