We specialize in utility-scale and C&I solar solutions with a strong focus on performance, compliance and timely execution.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in solar or related EPC industries. The role requires someone who understands how solar projects function end-to-end and can coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution and timely updates.Key Responsibilities- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams: Government Liasoning, Design, Procurement, Accounts and execution. - Track and maintain project schedules, deliverables and milestones . - Ensure timely updates and reporting to senior management on project progress. - Follow up with respective departments for status updates, documentation, and approvals . - Assist the project team in preparing MIS reports, trackers and dashboards . - Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, consultants and government authorities) as needed. - Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to management proactively. - Support project managers in ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. - Maintain organized records of project documents, approvals and communications.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related field . - Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination in Solar. - Good understanding of solar project lifecycle – from design to procurement, execution, and commissioning. - Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ; exposure to project management tools is an advantage. - Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.What We Offer- Opportunity to grow in a leading solar EPC company . - Exposure to the end-to-end solar project lifecycle . - Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture. - Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities.
