Role: Monetization Ops AssociateLocation: Mumbai, Work from office (5 days)What You’ll DoManage End-to-End Targeted Marketing Campaigns- Own the development and execution of marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and other owned channels. - - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content and messaging tailored to specific customer segments. - - Support the design and execution of A/B tests to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance. - - Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving campaign outcomes.-Performance Reporting and Analysis- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns. - - Create detailed reports to evaluate campaign impact and ROI. - - Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.-Content Development- Conceptualize and develop innovative and engaging content ideas for marketing campaigns. - - Ensure all content aligns with audience preferences, brand tone, and campaign objectives.-Marketing Tech Enablement- Work hands-on with campaign management and ad-serving platforms such as Moloco, Osmos, Citrus Ads, or similar SaaS marketing tools. - - Leverage analytics platforms like CleverTap and Mixpanel for campaign optimization and performance tracking.-Who Should Apply- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - - Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or digital marketing. - - Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and performance measurement. - - Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and familiarity with marketing analytics tools. - - Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. - - Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.-Why Us- Get a front-row seat to one of India’s most exciting and fast-growing startups in the Healthcare space. - - Work on real-world, high-impact projects that directly influence key business metrics. - - Gain hands-on exposure to multiple marketing channels and customer segments. - - Be part of a dynamic 0→1 journey and experience building scalable marketing systems in a fast-paced environment.
