Job Title: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Summary Of The Role:

Youll be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on API development and stakeholder collaboration.

In this role youll

- Take ownership of solution design and delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Design and document APIs using Swagger UI (or equivalent tools).

- Apply practical experience with XML, JSON, and REST APIs.

- Use automated testing frameworks such as SoapUI and tools like Postman, Insomnia, and Curl.

- Contribute to decision-making, support junior colleagues, and propose process improvements.

- Experience ranges from 6-9 years.

About The Ideal Candidate:

- Has in-depth technical and functional knowledge in API design and testing.

- Experience in writing functional documentation such as Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, and Interface Control Documents (ICD).

- Collaborates effectively with stakeholders across departments and customer-facing teams.

- Supports validation processes and ensures system integrity through testing and incident analysis.

- Shares insights through presentations, demos, and product documentation.
