The suitable candidate will have experience in team management, client management and presentations, reviewing Bills of Quantity in FF&E and OS&E, catalog-based and bespoke vendor pricing, and budgets. The candidate should be motivated to work in a fast-paced work environment and driven to grow a new line of business.


Job Objective:

❖ Run client-operations for the FF&E and OS&E budget (platform-based) service offering.

❖ Remote client management, including delivering to SLAs.

❖ Manage, train and motivate a team of professionals.

❖ Able to handle stressful situations and strict adherence to SLAs.


Job Responsibilities:

❖ Review/prepare BOQs developed from client-issued specifications and layout plans.

❖ Working with companies proprietary technology platform to prepare specification documents, BOQ’s and estimates.

❖ Sending inquiries or RFQs to vendors using our technology platform.

❖ Performing vendor quote analysis using the technology platform.

❖ Maintain product catalogs and vendor-information using the technology platform.

❖ Maintain reference data required to effectively prepare client budgets.

❖ Train the associates/team on the business operations and the technology platform.

❖ Effort estimation and day-to-day capacity/resource planning.

❖ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly service and quality reports for management review.

❖ Execute/manage special projects, in accordance with the management directives.


Desired Skills and Experience

❖ Degree in B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), BE (preferably Civil Engineering) or equivalent is necessary.

❖ 10-12 years experience in hospitality project procurement and/or hospitality finance with strong technical/hands-on experience in performing FF&E and OS&E estimations.

❖ Experience in hotel opening/pre-opening services is a plus.

❖ 3-5 years’ managerial experience in either or both disciplines.

❖ Experience in managing external stakeholders (clients and suppliers) to achieve project objectives.

❖ Experience in MSOffice (Excel), Word, Project & PowerPoint. CAD software knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
