Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – BA - Credit Risk
In this role, you’ll engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements as Project Manager with expertise in credit risk.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a project management scope of work and detailed plan to deliver the required solutions in accordance with agile standards and principles
• Develop project documentation including scope of work, budget, timelines and acceptance criteria
• Provide status reporting to senior management against milestones & budget, including any issues or risks identified
• Engage and drive stakeholders to deliver to the project plan, within scope, on time and to budget
• Identify, mitigate and communicate key assumptions, issues, risks and dependencies to master projects & relevant control and governance committees.
• Document any identified required changes, and communicate them to the relevant parties. Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders. Ensure internal process, standards and risk compliance (including security, regulatory and audit requirements) are met

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Strong understanding of the Credit Risk domain
• Good understanding of Macro Economic Events and its impact of the Risk metrices of a bank
• Good understanding of various Banking products
• Strong communication skills 
• Problem solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Technical - Python - not required to code, but understanding will help, Tableau and SQL
• Functional (e.g., Data Migration Strategy, Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile, Target Operating Model Design…)
• Business / Domain (e.g., Credit Risk, KYC, Loan Operations, Risk Management…)
