About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Hubspot CRM Developer to join our dynamic Marketing and Commerce team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing our Hubspot CRM to enhance marketing automation and e-commerce functionalities.

You will work closely with marketing strategists, sales teams, and other developers to create seamless, data-driven solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Hubspot Development :

- Customize and extend Hubspot CRM functionalities to support marketing and e-commerce objectives.

- Develop custom workflows, modules, and templates within the Hubspot ecosystem.

- Integrate Hubspot CRM with other marketing and e-commerce platforms (e.g Shopify, Magento).

Data Management and Analysis :

- Design and implement data structures to capture relevant customer data.

- Create and manage data integrations between Hubspot and other systems.

- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing campaigns.

Marketing Automation :

- Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms using Hubspot.

- Implement automation rules and triggers for personalized customer journeys.

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

E-commerce Integration :

- Ensure seamless integration of e-commerce platforms with Hubspot CRM.

- Develop custom solutions for tracking and analyzing e-commerce transactions.

- Implement personalized product recommendations and targeted promotions.

Collaboration and Support :

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on Hubspot usage.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Hubspot CRM.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hubspot Developer or similar role.

- Proven experience in developing and managing Hubspot CRM for marketing and commerce applications.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM development, including custom objects, workflows, and APIs.

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms and their integration with Hubspot (e.g, Shopify, Magento).

- Familiarity with data management tools and techniques (e.g, SQL, data warehousing).

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hubspot certification(s) (e.g Hubspot CMS for Developers, Hubspot Marketing Software).

- Experience with advanced marketing automation and personalization techniques.

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
