We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Developer with a strong background in D365 CRM and Power Platform to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM configuration, customizations, and integrations. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining CRM solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Configuration & Customization


- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM applications to meet business requirements.


- Develop custom plugins, JavaScripts, and workflows.


- Create and manage model-driven apps and Canvas apps.


Integration :


- Integrate CRM solutions with other systems using WebAPI, WCF, and integration APIs.


- Implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes.


Development & Deployment :


- Develop and deploy Azure services to enhance CRM functionality.


- Build and maintain CRM portals for internal and external users.


Modules Expertise :


- Provide expertise in CRM Sales, Marketing, and Field Service modules.


- Work on building and enhancing functionalities within these modules.

Support & Maintenance:


- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for CRM systems.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM :


- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


- Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions.


Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Dynamics CRM modules and Dynamics 365 technical skills.


- Strong programming skills in .NET and JavaScript.


- Experience with CRM Portals and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).


- Knowledge of WebAPI, WCF, and integration APIs.


- Familiarity with Azure services and deployment.


Soft Skills :


- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.


- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.


- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.


Additional Requirements :


- Experience in building and maintaining CRM solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Field Service modules.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.


- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
