Our mission is to transform the insurance ecosystem through cutting-edge products, deep industry expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Owner who will play a critical role in defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution across cross-functional teams. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision- Define, refine, and communicate the product vision aligned with organizational goals. - Develop and maintain a clear strategic roadmap.Backlog Ownership- Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization. - Translate business needs and user insights into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, validate use cases, and refine priorities. - Bridge communication between business and engineering teams.Documentation & Technical Understanding- Prepare detailed user stories, functional specifications, and API documentation. - Work closely with engineering teams with strong technical fluency.Agile Leadership- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. - Ensure delivery of high-quality product increments.Performance & Continuous Improvement- Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback. - Identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements.-Qualifications & SkillsExperience- 5–7 years of experience in Product Ownership or related roles.Core Skills- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proficiency in Jira & Confluence. - Strong documentation and analytical abilities.Mandatory Technical Skills- Scrum & Agile - UI Tools — Figma (Wireframing & Prototyping) - API Testing (Postman) - API Documentation - Insurance Domain Knowledge — Must HaveGood to Have- Power BI / Tableau - SQL - Snowflake - JSON - XML - XSLTDomain Requirement — Must HaveCandidates must have prior hands-on experience in the Insurance domain.
