Now, we're looking for a well-connected sales professional to build our presence on the ground in Delhi.The OpportunityThis is a "boots-on-the-ground" role for a natural networker. We are looking for a foundational member of our sales team who understands that real partnerships in the Delhi UPSC market are built on relationships and trust, not just emails and phone calls. You will be the face of Aspire Scan, leveraging your existing network to open doors and spending your time in the field, meeting with institute leaders, and closing deals through in-person consultations. If you are a results-driven professional who thrives on building face-to-face relationships, this is your chance to make a definitive impact.What You'll Do (Key the Delhi Market (On the Ground): This is a field-intensive role. You will be expected to be out visiting coaching centers, building relationships face-to-face, and establishing Aspire Scan as the go-to partner in the region.Leverage Your Network: Proactively map the market and activate your existing connections within the UPSC coaching ecosystem to secure initial meetings and build momentum quickly.Become a Trusted Advisor in Person: Conduct on-site consultations to diagnose the operational challenges of institutes (like evaluation delays, inconsistent feedback, and high costs) and present Aspire Scan as the definitive solution.Deliver Compelling In-Person Demonstrations: Showcase the power of our AI platform in live, on-site demos, proving its value directly to key decision-makers.Close High-Value Contracts: You will manage the entire B2B sales cycle, from initial meetings to negotiating and closing high-value annual contracts through persistent, in-person follow-up.Who We're Looking For (Qualifications)A Pre-existing Network in the UPSC Ecosystem: This is critical. Your application will be prioritized if you have established relationships with owners, directors, or senior management at UPSC coaching institutes in Delhi. We want someone who can start booking meetings from day one.Proven Field Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B field sales, institutional sales, or strategic partnerships, with a track record of exceeding targets in a role that required frequent client visits. Experience in EdTech or SaaS is a strong plus.The "Challenger" Mindset: You are skilled at building a business case, creating urgency, and are comfortable discussing ROI and financials in person.Exceptional Presentation & Interpersonal Skills: You are a master at building rapport and can command a room, whether you are presenting to one person or a group of stakeholders.Deep Knowledge of the UPSC World: You must understand the operational pain points of coaching centers because you've lived it, worked in it, or sold to it.
